Something for my ADHD!

I found myself fixated with the tasks in class tonight! Somehow I actually had the energy and concentration to follow a task through! I felt like the combination of figuring out the main concepts of the reading by Margaret J. Kay, Ed. combined with the creative task of communicating ideas through "Inspiratiion" was a nice combination!

Playing devil's advocate here: how realistic is Inspiration to use with our students with special needs? Looking at the students we deal with and the problems that I have with the program myself - to what degree will we expect of our students and to what degree of success will they experience or what degree of frustration will they experience?

I would have to say that I think that Inspiration is an incredibly valuable tool for students with a variety of needs. It is a program that is commonly used in our school and one that students seem to enjoy.

I do feel that we have to be very mindful of our client and their needs in looking for a program that is right for them. There are instances that this program may be too much. I think that success is measured individually and we need to use the programs (or rule them out) on a case by case basis.
